Nah, it's just that now that we actually have scythe weapons in the game, they changed the names of both the dragon scythes and the white scythes to avoid confusion.
(Scythe, scythe, scythe...crap, the word lost meaning now.)
And yes this is a very cool update: Bug fixes always get a huge thumbs up from my general direction.

Good update. The Tower Mage FoW bug added a good 30 min to our guild run there 2 nights ago, and the DoA bug put an early end to our DoA FUll HM run last nite after wasting 2 sets of drugs. Good to see them fixed.

I love these new descriptions because they give me more screen realestate. Now I can have my conditions monitor almost right above the skillbar without them being covered by skill description mousovers. Awesome.
